about us

The Spalding County Bar Association, incorporated in 2020, is a voluntary membership

organization which exists to assist attorneys practicing in Spalding County and

surrounding areas, enabling them to better protect the interests of their clients.

These goals are accomplished in a variety

of ways: through service to the

community in ways consistent with the

highest ethical calling of our profession;

through activities that encourage

interaction between the members;

through the advancement of knowledge;

and insight into the law and its legal

processes through seminars and speakers.

Our voluntary association is as diverse as

the activities and programs we offer to

our members which promote professional development, foster relationships, and further

community engagement and service.

Any attorney who is a member of the Georgia Bar Association in good standing or any

non-lawyer serving as an elected or appointed Magistrate, Probate or Municipal Court

judge may become a member of the Spalding County Bar Association upon application

and payment of dues.
