GENERAL NOTES:

Each team may register up to 4 individual golfers.
Once a team is registered,individual team members do not need to complete the individual registration form.
Golfers who register individually will be placed on teams of four by the Tournament Chair on the day of the Tournament.
Walk-ups will be accepted as space allows but cannot be guaranteed a position on the day of the Tournament.
Please submit payment via cash, check or PayPal within 48-hrs of registration. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Checks should be made out to the Spalding County Bar Association.
